How are the selling prices of refurbished products calculated?

The resale prices of products refurbished by ARTO are calculated based on the cost price for the refurbisher. With no intermediaries or commission fees, these prices are calculated as low as possible to provide you with products at advantageous rates.

What do strikethrough prices mean?

These prices are the reference prices observed in the market for the sale of refurbished IT products.

Where do the products sold in the ARTO catalog come from?

ARTO is a responsible French refurbisher. Our business is to buy back IT and telephone equipment used by French companies and give it a second life.

The devices available for sale have therefore already had a professional life and have been refurbished to accompany you in your daily tasks. All products are 100% functional but may show some minor signs of wear. This is why the products are graded, in order to provide you with precise and reliable information on what you are buying. You can refer to the grading page which presents the different conditions.

What are the battery health conditions?

All our devices are sold with batteries having a health of at least 70%.

If the battery is replaced with a new one, it will be compatible with the device. Please note that it will not be an original manufacturer's battery.

On some devices, particularly iPhones, changing the battery may cause a message to appear in the settings. Please be aware that this has no impact on the use of your device.

The ARTO Group has a grading methodology based on market criteria.

What accessories are included?

All our laptops are sold with a charger and power cable.

All our desktop computers and monitors are sold with a power cable.

All our smartphones and tablets are sold without a charging cable or power adapter. For ecological reasons, the ARTO group has chosen not to overload orders with accessories that are sometimes not used. However, you can order a cable at a low price in the accessories section.
